About our Founder
Meet Eren Flood, the woman behind the heart of Hub Consulting which was established in 2016. Growing up as the daughter of two entrepreneurs in Agriculture and Hospitality, Eren often saw the hard work, success and struggles her parents had with their own staff and businesses. Her parents often talked to her about business and how to lead others with humility and drive. Eren’s understanding of business and putting people first naturally led her into a career of connecting people with their dream job and helping business owners feel confident in their workforce.
After graduating college she started her career as a Corporate Recruiter in a large corporate retail environment in Southern California. She then moved into the ever-growing industry of Renewable Energy, where she was supported by Greg Johansen, a pioneer and leader in the solar industry. Eren shadowed and observed various experts on the field and in the office to understand their jobs and better source talent. During her time in the solar industry, Eren had the opportunity to recruit for multiple solar manufacturers, where she filled difficult to source roles. She then moved to the Central Valley and was mentored by David Darmstandler and James Bates, founders of Datapath Inc, as she took on a new challenge in Tech. She absorbed all she could as she worked alongside technical professionals, recruiting top technical talent for an MSP. With much encouragement from others, she pursued her dreams of starting her own staffing firm. Eren took it a step further and obtained her Woman & Minority-Owned certifications for clients needing more diversity.
As her experience and client-base has grown, so has the regions she serves. Eren is now a Global Talent Acquisition expert, sourcing talent in the US, Canada and Latin America regions. Se habla Español!
