Meet Eren: our fearless leader
Growing up as the daughter of two entrepreneurs in Agriculture, Construction and Hospitality, I often saw the success and struggles my parents had with their own staff and businesses. My understanding of business and putting people first naturally led me into a career of connecting people with their dream job and helping business owners feel confident in their workforce.
I started my career as a Corporate Recruiter in Southern California; recruiting for C-Level Executives to the Receptionist in a corporate retail environment. I then moved into the ever-growing industry of Renewable Energy; where I shadowed and observed Solar Installers, Design Engineers and Sales Representatives to understand the roles I was recruiting for, from a hands-on perspective. I then moved to the Central Valley to pursue a new challenge in Information Technology. I absorbed all I could as I worked alongside System Administrators and Network Engineers, recruiting the Valley’s top technical talent. I then pursued my dreams of becoming an Independent Recruiter, with a thirst to know more about Agriculture and Manufacturing. I frequently surround myself with experts, which has allowed me to better source and qualify the best talent and the right fit for my customers. Skillset is important, but I believe that a mutual culture fit is as equally as important for retainability. I pride myself on finding long-term employees that become family and nothing pleases me more than finding a dream team
