Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will support the sales team in developing relationships with new prospects and schedule visits for the solar sales team. This person will develop relationships with a wide variety of customers, learn about exciting solar technology and grow their career in sales. Cold calling is required, with company provided leads. Flexible schedule and a fun office environment!

Project Location(s): Modesto, CA
Compensation: $40k - $50k


• Target, cultivate and schedule appointments with company provided leads
• Follow through on all sales to ensure a positive customer experience, tracking all communications and customer updates
• Meet sales and gross margin goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, integrity and honesty in all sales related activities
• Engage in community events, trade shows and other events to generate sales leads
• Coordinate with the sales team to effectively participate in the closing of leads
• Work closely with other members of the team in a professional, engaging and productive manner


  • Enthusiastic self-starter with the ability to generate and convert leads
  • Knowledge of solar energy and/or solar industry experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills over the phone
  • Proficient in the use of computer-based applications; including Excel and Word
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
