Field Service Operations Coordinator
We are looking for a Field Service Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic and fast paced Field Services Operations Team.
As a Field Service Operations Coordinator, you will work as responsible for all Field Services (FS) activities related to Marine Propulsion; Cooperate with sales to estimate FS Propulsion activities, in terms hours and man/days, as well as interface with Sales and the other delivery functions.

DUTIES
- Responsible for all Field Service (FS) activities related to Marine Propulsion.
- Comply with Safety and ISO processes for all personnel, tools, and machines to ensure safety, accuracy, and quality of all services provided.
- Cooperation with Sales to estimate FS Propulsion activities, in terms of hours and man/days.
- Responsibility and accountability about results and deviations of all services handled in accordance with what planned.
- Responsible for briefing (Conducting Kick-off Meetings) and debriefing of the engineers (Conducting after Action Reports.)
- Utilizing the manpower in a fair and cost-effective way, follow and coach Field Service personnel in the field.
- Fully cooperate with other FS Managers, FS Coordinators, and FS General Manager to ensure the right resource for every job.
- Monitor Field Service KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) such as Work in Progress, Time to Invoice Utilization Rate / Invoice Utilization Rate, training needs and status.
- Fully cooperation with other internal depts. Sales Contract Management, Customer Assistance, Energy Solution, Marine Solution.
- Interface with Sales and the other delivery functions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 2 years related experience, or associates degree and 4 years related experience, or Technical schools or Vocational and 4 years related experience as Field Service Engineer or Coordinator.
- Advanced or Fluent Spanish.
- Advanced or intermediary English.
- Moderate on-call expectations to support customers and engineers in the field.
- Strong interpersonal skills are required to communicate daily with many different cultures and backgrounds.
- Willingness & availability to travel.
- Technical understanding of marine products and services, specifically in the Propulsion portfolios.
- Able to learn and utilize many computer programs and platforms. (Office, SAP, Salesforce, ETC.)
